	Remove
	Risk of injury caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof.	When moving components, ensure that no body parts or limbs are within the operating range of moving parts.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
1	Remove inner sealing rail		AR72.10-P-1600P
2	Remove speaker in front door		AR82.62-P-7845P
3	Fold door foil (1) upward and fasten.	Carefully remove bottom section from door foil (1) and fold upward until assembly opening is accessible.
4	Move crank window (4) to assembly position	Open crank window (4) until bolts (3) in assembly opening are accessible
5	Remove bolts (3) from crank window (4) on power window (2)	Press out threaded expanding anchor (7) and remove
6	Press crank window (4) out of clip (8) and remove	Turn crank window (4) in window shaft.
7	Remove clip (8)
	Install
8	Install new clip (8) in power window mount (9)	Note the installation position! Word "top" up.
9	Insert bolts (3) and threaded expanding anchor (7)	Screw in only so that threaded expanding anchor (7) is in clip (8).
10	Insert crank window (4) into shaft
11	Insert crank window (4) into guide rail and clip (8)
12	Tighten bolts (3) lightly while pressing crank window (4) into clips (8) from rear
13	Roll up crank window (4)	up to crank window stop (4), align if necessary
14	Roll down crank window (4)	to assembly position.
15	Tighten bolts (3)	When tightening bolts (3) ensure that contact surfaces of clip (8) are flush (without play) on glass surface.

16	Check gap between clip (8) and glass surface of crank window (4)		*BE72.10-P-1002-01A
		Feeler gauge 0.04 -0.15 mm	*WH58.30-Z-1007-12A
17	Check butyl cord on inner door panel	If necessary, install new butyl cord, insufficient sealing causes leakage
	Install
18	Install door foil (1) on inner door panel and press on	Check door foil (1) for damage, replace if necessary

20	Install inner sealing rail		AR72.10-P-1600P
21	Normalize power window (2)
	Normalization of power windows, function		GF72.29-P-4003PP
22	Carry out function check
