	Remove/install
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between the columns of the lifting platform and position the four support plates at the lifting platform support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1	Raise vehicle		AR00.60-P-1000P
2	Remove the front wheels
	Remove/install wheels, rotate if necessary		AP40.10-P-4050Z
3	Take off bottom engine compartment panel at front		AR61.20-P-1105P
4	Detach linkage for front axle sensor (headlamp range adjustment) (A52) on right lower transverse control arm
5.1	Detach front axle sensor (headlamp range adjustment) (A52) on longitudinal member and attach securely to the body	Model 203.087/092/287/292
6	Remove right front axle shaft		AR33.30-P-0620P
7.1	Remove left front axle shaft	Model 203.087/092/287/292	AR33.30-P-0620P
8	Remove left and right engine mount (1m)		AR22.10-P-1100PW
9.1	Unclip left brake hose from brake hose clip on left suspension strut	Model 203.087/092/287/292
10	Raise engine with the engine support bracket	Ensure that no lines, brackets, O2 sensors etc. are damaged.
11	Remove the torsion bar (10) from the link rod (23)	Counter the ball head bolts on the connecting rods (23). Ensure that the rubber boot is not twisted or damaged.

12	Remove torsion bar (10) from front axle carrier (1)		*BA32.20-P-1009-02B
13	Remove torsion bar (10)	Model 203.081/084/281/284: Guide the stabilizer bar (10) to the right, until the left end is under the oil pan. Then remove stabilizer bar (10) downwards to the left. Model 203.087/092/287/292: Remove stabilizer bar (10) to the left.
14	Detach fastening bracket (21c) from the rubber mounts (21a)	Installation:  Installation position must be observed.
15	Detach rubber mounts (21a)	Do not use any grease or antifriction agent in order not to damage the rubber mounts (21a).
	Checking
16	Check rubber mounts (21a) and replace if necessary
17	Install in the reverse order
