Remove and install front door crank window - AR72.10-P-1900GH

	Remove/install
	Risk of injury due to hands being crushed when window glass is not secured	Secure window against falling down.	AS67.00-Z-0002-01A
1	Remove door liner on front door		AR72.10-P-1000GH
2	Remove inner sealing rail		AR72.10-P-1600GH
3	Remove outer sealing rail		AR72.10-P-1700GH
4	Pull off door foil on inner door panel	Installation:  Replace damaged door foil
5	Unscrew crank window mount	Lower crank window (1) until screw (2) on counter bearing (3) for window lift rail is accessible through installation opening
6	Remove counter bearing (3)
7	Extend window lift rail (2) out of sliding jaw (4) in vertical guide rail	Installation:  Check crank window adjustment, if necessary ↓
		Adjust front door crank window	AR72.10-P-1950GH
		Grease guide rail with multi-purpose paste	*BR00.45-Z-1009-06A
8	Extend sliding jaws (5) out of window lift rail	Grease sliding jaws (4 and 5) with multipurpose paste	*BR00.45-Z-1009-06A
9	Remove crank window (1) upward	Move crank mechanism down, pivot crank window and remove upward Do not scratch crank window
10	Put down window (1)
11	Install in the reverse order
