	Remove
	Risk of explosion  from paint vapors igniting. Paint fumes are poisonous  when inhaled.	No smoking! No open flames! Use respiratory protection, protective clothing, gloves, safety goggles and skin cream. Ensure that the area is well ventilated.	AS98.00-Z-0002-01A
1	Clean all surfaces in the area to be repaired
2	Glue min. 3 layers of adhesive tape (2) on directly adjacent surfaces of detachable body components (1).	Mask bumper and longitudinal member paneling in area to be repaired to protect against damage. Glue adhesive strips approx. 10 cm wide on body without wrinkles.
3	Prepare cutting tool.	If a complete set of BTB cutting tools is available, only blade WK24ZV is required in addition.	AR88.30-P-0200-04GH

4	Separate detachable body components from body	Avoid contact with blade or tool to prevent paint damage.	AR88.30-P-0200-01GH

5.1	Remove foam rubber seals from bottom edge of fender.	If fitted.
	Install
6	Prepare body for installation		AR88.30-P-0200-02GH

7	Remove adhesive tape in area to be repaired
8	Prepare glue cartridge		AR67.10-P-1000-07P
9	Prepare detachable body components for installation	Do not reuse separated detachable body components	AR88.30-P-0200-03GH

		2-component glue set	*BR00.45-Z-1049-02A
10	Install foam rubber seal along bottom edge of fender
11	Align detachable body components on body and press on	Do not smear glue when positioning. Alignment on front fender:  Detachable body component should be flush with bottom edge offender (at bumper). Alignment on rear fender:  Detachable body component should be flush with bottom edge of fender (at bumper). Alignment on rear door:  First align bumper, then align detachable body component on bumper (side) and align flush with bottom edge of rear door. First position bottom edge of detachable body components on fender than move to correct installation position
12	Insert distance gage between detachable body component and body.	Correct installation dimensions: 0.6 mm feeler gage should fit in gap between detachable body component and body.0.81 mm feeler gage should not fit in gap between detachable body components and body.	AR88.00-P-1100-01GH

13	Fasten detachable body components to body with adhesive strips (4)
14	Immediately remove overlapping glue	Use cleaner included in repair kit
15	Remove adhesive tapes	Maintain drying time of 1 h, before adhesive tape is removed to ensure sufficient adhesion Check detachable body component regarding gap and installation position in regular intervals.
16	Clean area to be repaired
