Speed-sensitive power steering at vehicle speed > 100 km/h, function - GF46.50-P-2900A

The speed-sensitive power steering solenoid valve (Y10) is fully open (no power supply). The steering moment for the driver turning the steering wheel increases according to a specified upper limit which is determined by the cutoff valve (4p).

Once the cutoff valve (4p) is opened, the steering moment for the driver turning the steering wheel remains constant.
