Prerequisite  for all windshield wiper functions:

• Circuit "15R ON"

  Function 

  The windshield wiper system is controlled with the combination switch (S4)  .

  The following functions can be selected  by turning the switch:

• Wiping  with low speed (stage 1) or high speed (stage 2).
• Intermittent wiping  , with rain sensor (code 345) installed

  with automatic interval control.

  When the switch is pressed  in the direction of the steering column:

• Press to pressure point (wipe once)  : Wiping without washing.
• Pressing beyond pressure point: Front window is washed  with water. Model 202: When the headlamps are switched on the headlamp cleaning system (HCS)  is also actuated.
