Removing, disassembling and installing rear shelf - AR68.30-P-4580FB

MODEL 210 with CODE (979) Special protection version with CODE (Z04) Light armoring with CODE (Z06) B6 armoring

REMOVINGINSTALLING Removal, installation     
1 Remove rear seat and rear backrest   AR91.12-P-1700F
2 Remove rear head restraints   AR91.16-P-1770E
3 Remove paneling on C-pillar   AR68.30-P-4490FB 
4 Unhook curtain on headliner IMPORTANT Curtain is fastened in headliner rail with two clips  
5 Remove center high-mounted stop lamp   AR82.10-P-5375EB
6 Unscrew seat belt end fitting (2) TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA91.40-P-1001-01A 
7 Unclip clips (arrow) on left and right    
8 Unscrew bolts on seat belt guide (4) IMPORTANT Pull rear shelf (1) forward slightly until bolts are accessible  
9 Guide seat belt and seat belt guide through rear shelf (1)    
10 Remove rear shelf (1) toward front    
11 Reinstall in opposite order    
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Seat belts/emergency tensioning retractors
