| Risk of injury to skin and eyes from scalding with hot coolant which splashes out. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage bottles. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection. |

| 9 | Remove floor covering on left and right | ||
| 10 | Remove passenger airbag Vehicles with passenger airbag (code 291). | AR91.60-P-0680E | |
| 11 | Remove jacket tube | ra46001247700x | |
| 12 | Loosen wiring duct (25), unscrew screws (26) | ||
| 13 | Remove mount (30), unscrew screws (31) | ||
| 14 | Remove transverse pipe (20) | ||
| 15 | Disconnect electrical leads from ground point W1 | ||
| 16 | Open cable straps (27) | ||
| 17 | Remove rear air ducts on left and right | ||
| 18 | Disconnect vacuum lines at cockpit separation point (35) | ||
| 19 | Remove ground strap (40) on right | ||
| 20 | Separate blower motor connector | ||
| 21 | Remove air ducts to side nozzles on left and right | ||
| 22 | Remove heater housing | ||
| 23 | Install in opposite order |
