	Remove/Install
1	Remove top spring strut mounting	The vehicle must be standing on its wheels for removing the top spring strut mounting. Counterhold spring strut (5) in wheel house.
		Nut (5p)	*BA32.31-P-1001-03A
		Nut (5a)	*BA32.31-P-1002-03A
2	Remove washer (5b) and rubber mount (5c)
3	Raise vehicle.
4	Detach rear wheels.		AP40.10-P-4050Z
	Risk of injury to skin or eyes from hydraulic fluid spraying out under pressure. Risk of poisoning from swallowing hydraulic fluid.	Release the pressure in the hydraulic system completely before starting any work on the system. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS00.00-Z-0013-01A
5	Empty pressure oil system at rear axle	Installation : Fill pressure oil system at front and rear axle	AR32.31-P-0630A
6	Disconnect pressure line (P4) at spring strut	Installation : Replace copper sealing rings on the banjo bolt (5v) Before tightening pressure line at spring strut ↓	*BA32.31-P-1004-03A

7	Remove roll bar switch (S83/2 or S83/3).		ra91001240860x

8	Remove spring link cover (72c)
9	Detach and remove spring strut (5) from spring link (72)	Installation : Extend suspension strut so that the suspension strut mount abuts the dome. Replace self-locking nut (5n.

	Inspect
10	Check rubber mounts (5c, 5d), disc (5e), spring strut mount and rubber sleeve for damage and cracks. Check ball joint for wear
11	Check spring strut for leaks.	A fine oil mist is permitted. If the joint socket is covered with oil ↓ replace the strut.
12	Install in the reverse order
13	Check distance and setting between the spring strut and the wheel house in the ready to drive state	If necessary, loosen spring strut mounting and correct position of spring strut.	AR32.31-P-0610-01A
14	Check roll bar system functions works correctly.		ra91001240830x
