	Remove/install
1	Remove combustion air blower unit		AR83.70-P-5555C
2	Unclip coupling for the flame monitor glow pin unit (4)
3	Completely unscrew screws (2) and pull the burner element (1) out	Installation  : mount new seal (3).
		Model 129, 215, 220.	*BA83.70-P-1007-01A
		Stationary heater burner insert screw.
		Model 240.078/178.	*BA83.70-P-1003-01C
		Stationary heater burner insert screw.
4	Install in the reverse order
5	Bleed coolant circuit after installing heater unit	Model 129.	AR83.70-P-5302-01C

6.1	Stationary heater (STH) diagnosis, function check	Model 129.	AD83.70-P-3003A
	Risk of explosion  caused by fuel vapors igniting, risk of poisoning  caused by inhaling combustible gases and risk of injury  caused by burns during and after operation of heater unit	Do not operate stationary heater, auxiliary heater or engine with heater booster in closed areas or when refueling. Allow heater unit to cool down after operation and wear protective gloves.	AS83.70-Z-0002-01A
6.2	Start up stationary heater	Models 215, 220, 240. Refer to Star diagnosis If the STH heater unit (A6) switches off automatically before reaching its operating temperature and cannot be restarted again, a fault interlock is present. ↓ To clear malfunction interlock, refer to Star Diagnosis.
7	Check emission level, adjust if necessary	Model 129.	AR83.70-P-1177C
