Lower Outer Mirror Garnish

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION (US) .)
- Remove the outer mirror glass. (See OUTER MIRROR GLASS REMOVAL .) (See OUTER MIRROR GLASS INSTALLATION .)
- Remove the upper outer mirror garnish. (See UPPER OUTER MIRROR GARNISH .)
- Disconnect the connector.
- Remove the screw.
- Using a tape-wrapped flathead screwdriver, detach the tabs in the order of tabs A, B and C while pulling the lower outer mirror garnish in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration.
- Disconnect the connector. (with side camera)
- Remove the lower outer mirror garnish.NOTE:
- If the lower outer mirror garnish is replaced, remove the side turn light. (See SIDE TURN LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- If the lower outer mirror garnish is replaced, remove the side camera. (with side camera) (See SIDE CAMERA REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
- Perform the 360° view monitor system aiming. (with side camera) (See 360°VIEW MONITOR SYSTEM AIMING .)
