Position sensor inspection

- Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.
- Switch the ignition ON (engine on).
- Display PID [AIR_MIX_POS_R] using the M-MDS. (See PID/DATA MONITOR INSPECTION .) (See PID/DATA MONITOR TABLE [DASH-ELECTRICAL SUPPLY UNIT (US)] .)
- Operate the temperature control dial.
- Verify that the PID value changes according to the temperature control dial operation.
