Intake Air Guide (Lower)

  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION (US) .)
  2. Remove the following parts:
    1. Upper face (See UPPER FACE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    2. Front bumper (See FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (US) .)
    3. Intake air guide (upper) (See INTAKE AIR GUIDE (UPPER) .)
  3. Remove the nuts.

  4. Remove the front crossmember extension and bumper stiffener lower as a single unit.
  5. Remove the fasteners.

  6. Remove the intake air guide (lower) in the direction of the arrows shown in the illustration while detaching the tabs.

    • When removing the intake air guide (center), perform the following procedure:

    1. Remove the fastener.
    2. Remove the intake air guide (center).
  7. Install in the reverse order of removal.
  8. Perform the 360° view monitor system aiming. (with 360° view monitor system) (See 360° VIEW MONITOR SYSTEM AIMING .)
  9. Perform the front radar sensor aiming adjustment. (with front radar sensor) (See FRONT RADAR SENSOR AIMING .)
  10. Perform the front side radar sensor aiming adjustment. (with front side radar sensor) (See FRONT SIDE/REAR SIDE RADAR SENSOR AIMING .)
