Magnetic Clutch is Disassembled/Assembled with A/C Compressor Equipped to Vehicle: Notes
WARNING:
- If A/C compressor operation is performed, do not start the engine. Otherwise, the drive belt could get caught and cause an accident.
- Remove the following parts:
- Wheel and tire (RF) (See WHEEL AND TIRE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Front splash shield No. 1 (RH) (See SPLASH SHIELD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Front under cover No. 2 (See FRONT UNDER COVER No. 2 REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove the fasteners.
- Remove the fasteners.
- Bend back the front side of the front over fender (RH) as shown in the figure.
- Remove the fasteners.
- Remove screws A.
- Bend back the front under cover No. 1 in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure.
- Remove screws B.
- Bend back the front side of the mudguard (RH) in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure.
- Disassemble in the order indicated in the table.COMPONENT DESCRIPTION

(See DRIVE BELT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)5 Snap ring 6 A/C compressor pulley 7 Snap ring 8 Stator
(See Stator removal/installation note .) - Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
- Adjust the magnetic clutch clearance. (See MAGNETIC CLUTCH ADJUSTMENT .)
