DC-DC CONVERTER INSPECTION [i-ELOOP]

- Verify that the DC-DC converter related DTC is detected. (See DTC INSPECTION [i-ELOOP]

- If DTCs are detected, repair the malfunctioning part according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting.
- If a DTC is not detected, go to the next step.
- Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5] .)
- Disconnect the service plug. (See SERVICE PLUG DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [i-ELOOP] .)
- Remove the front seat component (LH). (See FRONT SEAT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove the DC-DC converter cover. (See DC-DC CONVERTER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [i-ELOOP] .)
- Do a visual inspection of the DC-DC converter.
- If the DC-DC converter is damaged, replace it. (See DC-DC CONVERTER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [i-ELOOP] .)
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
