Charge Air Cooler Removal/Installation: Notes

Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (Refer to NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
Remove the front bumper. (Refer to FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL .) (Refer to FRONT BUMPER INSTALLATION .)
Remove in the order shown in the figure.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

1	Charge air cooler outlet pipe
2	Charge air cooler inlet pipe (See Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe Installation Note .)

4	Protector (U.S.A. and CANADA)
