Front Door Speaker Inspection

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove the inner garnish. See INNER GARNISH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .
Remove the front door trim. See FRONT DOOR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .
Remove the front door speaker. See FRONT DOOR SPEAKER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .
Verify the resistance between the front door speaker terminals.
- If not within the specification, replace the front door speaker.

Without Bose®: 3.4-4.6 ohms

With Bose®: 1.83-2.47 ohms
