Oil Control Valve (OCV) Removal/Installation

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove the charge air cooler. (See INTAKE AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
Remove the ignition coils. (See IGNITION COIL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
Disconnect the OCV connectors.
Disconnect the CMP connectors.
Disconnect the P/S oil pump connector.
Remove the ventilation hose.
Remove the cylinder head cover. (See CYLINDER HEAD COVER INSTALLATION NOTE ).
Remove the OCV installation bolt.
Install the OCV installation bolt.
Tightening torque

8.0-11.5 N.m {81.6-117.2 kgf.cm, 70.9-101.7 in.lbf}

Install the cylinder head cover. (See CYLINDER HEAD COVER INSTALLATION NOTE ).
Install the ventilation hose.
Connect the P/S oil pump connector.
Connect the CMP connector.
Connect the OCV connector.
Install the spark plugs. (See SPARK PLUG REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
Install the ignition coils. (See IGNITION COIL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
Install the charge air cooler.
Connect the negative battery cable.
