Clutch Pipe Removal/Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Remove the clutch master cylinder and the hydraulic line assembly. See CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .
  2. Disconnect the hydraulic line from the clutch master cylinder.
    1. Using a 3/32inch punch and hammer, drive out the roll pin and discard it.
    2. Disconnect the hydraulic line.
      NOTE:
      • Make sure the O-ring is in the outlet port or on the tube connector.

  3. Connect and secure the hydraulic tube to the clutch master cylinder.
    1. Install the tube to the to the clutch master cylinder.
    2. Install a new roll pin.

  4. Install the clutch master cylinder and the hydraulic line assembly. See CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .
  5. Bleed the clutch hydraulic system. See CLUTCH BLEED PROCEDURE - ON-VEHICLE .
