High-Tension Lead Removal/Installation

CAUTION:
  • The high-tension leads must be reinstalled to their original Incorrect installation can damage the leads and cause power loss, and negatively affect the electronic components.
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the plug hole plate. (See PLUG HOLE PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Remove the high-tension leads. See HIGH-TENSION LEAD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .
  4. Install in the reverse order of removal.
