Air Inlet Duct Door Removal/Installation

- Remove the plenum chamber; see PLENUM CHAMBER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .
- Remove the screws from the air inlet duct door vacuum control motor and disconnect the vacuum hose.
Tightening Torque
2-3 N.m {20-30 kgf.Cm, 18-26 in.lbf}.
- Rotate the vacuum control motor up, disengage the lever and remove the vacuum control motor.
- Remove the screws and remove the air inlet duct cover.
Tightening Torque
2-3 N.m {20-30 kgf.Cm, 18-26 in.lbf}.
- Remove the pin and remove the air inlet duct door.
- Lubricate all hoses and fittings.
- Install in reverse order of removal.
