- REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

- REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH
- Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
- REMOVE DOOR SCUFF PLATE ASSEMBLY LH
- REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
- REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

- REMOVE FRONT PILLAR GARNISH ASSEMBLY LH
Pull in this Direction - - - Pull the upper part of the front pillar garnish assembly LH toward the inside of the cabin as shown in the illustration to disengage the front pillar garnish assembly LH from the base of the 2 front pillar garnish clips.
HINT:
Let the front pillar garnish assembly LH hang from the 2 front pillar garnish clips.
- Pull the upper part of the front pillar garnish assembly LH toward the inside of the cabin as shown in the illustration to disengage the front pillar garnish assembly LH from the base of the 2 front pillar garnish clips.
Pull in this Direction Pull in this Direction - Pull down the front pillar garnish clip while pushing the side of the release lever with SST as shown in the illustration.
- SST: 09813-00020
- While pulling the front pillar garnish clip, push the side of the release lever with SST as shown in the illustration and then separate the front pillar garnish clip from the vehicle body.
- Pull down the front pillar garnish clip while pushing the side of the release lever with SST as shown in the illustration.
Remove in this Direction - - - Disengage the 2 guides to remove the front pillar garnish assembly LH as shown in the illustration.
- Protect the curtain shield airbag assembly LH.
1. Cover the curtain shield airbag assembly LH with a protective cover, such as a cloth, and secure the edges of the cover with tape as shown in the illustration.
NOTE:Cover the curtain shield airbag assembly LH with a protective cover as soon as the front pillar garnish assembly LH is removed.
- Protect the curtain shield airbag assembly LH.
- Remove the 2 front pillar garnish clips from the front pillar garnish assembly LH.
- REMOVE REAR OUTER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER LH
- REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH
- REMOVE REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

- REMOVE ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY (for LH Side)
- Use the same procedure as for the rope hook.
- REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH

Remove in this Direction - - - Disengage the 3 clips to disconnect the rear roof side rail garnish LH as shown in the illustration.
- While pushing the tabs of the roof side inner garnish clip as shown in the illustration, disengage it.
- When the roof side inner garnish clip cannot be disengaged easily:
Pull in this Direction Move in this Direction - While pushing the tab of the roof side inner garnish clip shown in the illustration with your finger, move the roof side garnish clip in the direction shown in the illustration.
- While pulling the roof side inner garnish clip as shown in the illustration, push the tab of the roof side garnish clip shown in the illustration with a screwdriver and disengage the roof side garnish clip.
- Remove the 3 roof side inner garnish clips from the rear roof side rail garnish LH.
- REMOVE CENTER PILLAR LOWER GARNISH BELT HOLE COVER RH
- Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
- DISCONNECT REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH
- Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
- REMOVE DECK SIDE TRIM COVER RH
- Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
- DISCONNECT REAR NO. 2 SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

HINT:
Use the same procedure for the claw on the other side of the assist grip cover.
- Remove the assist grip cover.
- Insert SST into the cutout of the assist grip cover as shown in the illustration.

HINT:
As the illustration shown is an example, the actual details may differ.
- For Front Pillar LH Side:
1. Remove the protective cover.
2. Disconnect each connector.
3. Disengage the 3 clamps.
4. Disconnect the washer hose assembly.
5. Install the protective cover.
- For Front Pillar RH Side:
1. Remove the protective cover.
2. Disconnect the connector.
3. Disengage the 2 clamps and guide.
4. Remove the bolt.
5. Install the protective cover.
- For Windshield Glass Side:
1. Disconnect each connector.
- For Panoramic Moon Roof Map Light Side:
1. Disconnect the connector.
- For Rear Pillar LH Side:
1. Disconnect each connector.
2. Disconnect the washer hose assembly.
- For Front Pillar LH Side:
Rotation Direction Remove in this Direction (1) Remove in this Direction (2) - - - Turn each visor holder approximately 45° and remove them as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration.
- Disengage the 4 claws as shown in the illustration to remove the base of each visor holder.
- For Normal Roof:
*a Magnet plate - - Remove in this Direction - - - Disengage the 3 clips.
- Separate the 4 magnet plates.
- Disconnect the connector.
- Remove the roof headlining assembly from the vehicle through the back door as shown in the illustration.NOTE:
Do not damage the roof headlining assembly or vehicle interior.
- For Panoramic Moon Roof:
*a Fastener - - Remove in this Direction - - - Disengage the 3 clips.
- Disengage the 20 fasteners.
- Disconnect the connector.
- Remove the roof headlining assembly from the vehicle through the back door as shown in the illustration.NOTE:
Do not damage the roof headlining assembly or vehicle interior.
