- REMOVE COOLER PLATE
- REMOVE NO. 2 ROOF SIDE AIR DUCT
- REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SIDE AIR DUCT
- DISCONNECT NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY
- Using pliers, grip the claws and slide the clip, and then disconnect the rear outlet heater water hose K.NOTE:
- Do not apply excessive force to the rear outlet heater water hose K.
- Prepare a drain pan or cloth in case the coolant leaks.
- Using pliers, grip the claws and slide the clip, and then disconnect the rear outlet heater water hose K.
- Using pliers, grip the claws and slide the clip, and then disconnect the rear inlet heater water hose G.NOTE:
- Do not apply excessive force to the rear inlet heater water hose G.
- Prepare a drain pan or cloth in case the coolant leaks.
- Using pliers, grip the claws and slide the clip, and then disconnect the rear inlet heater water hose G.
- Remove the bolt.
- Rotate the hook connector as shown in the illustration and disconnect the cooler refrigerant suction pipe C.
- Remove the O-ring from the cooler refrigerant suction pipe C.NOTE:
Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent entry of moisture and foreign matter.
- Disconnect the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe C.
- Remove the O-ring from the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe C.NOTE:
Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent entry of moisture and foreign matter.
