Removal [10/2022 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [10/2022 - 08/2023] , or refer to REMOVAL [08/2023 - ]

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 18 [10/2022 - 08/2023] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 18 [08/2023 - ]

  3. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 20 [10/2022 - 08/2023] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 21 [08/2023 - ]

  4. REMOVE NO. 3 BATTERY SERVICE COVER BOARD 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 21 [10/2022 - 08/2023] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 22 [08/2023 - ]

  5. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH 
    1. Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
  6. REMOVE NO. 2 BATTERY SERVICE COVER BOARD 
    1. Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
  7. REMOVE BATTERY SERVICE COVER BOARD

      Remove in this Direction (1) Remove in this Direction (2)
  8. REMOVE FOLD SEAT CONTROL ECU (for Power Seat) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 13 [10/2022 - 08/2023] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 13 [08/2023 - ]

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY

  10. REMOVE NO. 2 FLOOR MAT

  11. REMOVE UPPER HV BATTERY COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  12. REMOVE NO. 1 HYBRID BATTERY INTAKE DUCT

  13. REMOVE NO. 2 BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY

      1. Disconnect the No. 2 battery cooling blower assembly connector.
      2. Remove the 3 bolts and No. 2 battery cooling blower assembly from the HV battery.
        NOTE:
        • Be sure not to touch the fan part of the No. 2 battery cooling blower assembly.
        • Do not lift the No. 2 battery cooling blower assembly using the wire harness.
  14. REMOVE HV BATTERY INTAKE DUCT NO. 1 LH 
    1. Use the same procedure as for the RH side.
  15. REMOVE BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Use the same procedure as for the RH side.
