- DISCONNECT NO. 3 INVERTER COOLING HOSE (for Type B)
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 25 - REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR AIR GUIDE RH
- REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY
- DISCONNECT NO. 5 WATER BY-PASS HOSE (for Type A)
- DISCONNECT NO. 6 WATER BY-PASS HOSE (for Type A)
- DISCONNECT NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE (for Type A)
- DISCONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE (for Type A)
- DISCONNECT NO. 4 INVERTER COOLING HOSE (for Type A)
- DISCONNECT NO. 3 INVERTER COOLING HOSE (for Type A)
- REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY (for Type A)
- Disconnect the cooling fan motor connector.
- Disengage the clamp to disconnect the wire harness from the fan with motor assembly.
- Rotate the lever while pushing the lock, and disconnect the cooling fan motor connector.NOTE:
After disconnecting the cooling fan motor connector, make sure that dirt, water or other foreign matter does not contact the connecting parts of the cooling fan motor connector.
- Disengage the 2 clamps to disconnect the wire harness from the fan with motor assembly.
- Disengage the 2 claws.
- Disengage the 2 guides to separate the cooler condenser assembly from the radiator assembly.NOTE:
Make sure not to damage the cooler condenser assembly or radiator assembly when separating the cooler condenser assembly.
- Remove the radiator assembly with the fan with motor assembly from the vehicle body.NOTE:
Do not apply excessive force to the cooler condenser assembly or pipe when removing the radiator assembly with the fan with motor assembly.
- Disengage the 2 claws.
- Disengage the 2 guides to remove the fan with motor assembly from the radiator assembly.NOTE:
Do not damage the radiator assembly when removing the fan with motor assembly.
- REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT CUSHION (for Type A)
- REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR SUPPORT (for Type A)
- DISCONNECT NO. 5 WATER BY-PASS HOSE (for Type B)
- DISCONNECT NO. 6 WATER BY-PASS HOSE (for Type B)
- DISCONNECT NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE (for Type B)
- DISCONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE (for Type B)
- DISCONNECT NO. 4 INVERTER COOLING HOSE (for Type B)
- DISCONNECT NO. 5 INVERTER COOLING HOSE (for Type B)
- REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY (for Type B)
- Disconnect the cooling fan motor connector.
- Disengage the clamp to disconnect the wire harness from the fan with motor assembly.
- Rotate the lever while pushing the lock, and disconnect the cooling fan motor connector.NOTE:
After disconnecting the cooling fan motor connector, make sure that dirt, water or other foreign matter does not contact the connecting parts of the cooling fan motor connector.
- Disengage the 2 clamps to disconnect the wire harness from the fan with motor assembly.
- Disengage the 2 claws.
- Disengage the 2 guides to separate the cooler condenser assembly and radiator assembly (for Inverter Coolant) from the radiator assembly.NOTE:
Make sure not to damage the cooler condenser assembly, radiator assembly (for Inverter Coolant) or radiator assembly when separating the cooler condenser assembly and radiator assembly (for Inverter Coolant).
- Remove the radiator assembly with the fan with motor assembly from the vehicle body.NOTE:
Do not apply excessive force to the cooler condenser assembly or pipe when removing the radiator assembly with the fan with motor assembly.
- Disengage the 2 claws.
- Disengage the 2 guides to remove the fan with motor assembly from the radiator assembly.NOTE:
Do not damage the radiator assembly when removing the fan with motor assembly.
- REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT CUSHION (for Type B)
- REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR SUPPORT (for Type B)
