Removal [12/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE RADIATOR WITH COOLER CONDENSER ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [12/2021 - ]

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR TUBE ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 14

  3. REMOVE NO. 3 AIR HOSE 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  4. REMOVE V-RIBBED BELT TENSIONER ASSEMBLY

  5. DISCONNECT SUCTION HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      1. Disconnect the connector.
      2. Remove the bolt and disconnect the suction hose sub-assembly.
      3. Remove the O-ring from the suction hose sub-assembly.
        NOTE:

        Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering them.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER REFRIGERANT DISCHARGE HOSE

      1. Remove the bolt and No. 1 cooler refrigerant discharge hose.
      2. Remove the O-ring from the No. 1 cooler refrigerant discharge hose.
        NOTE:

        Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering them.

  7. REMOVE COMPRESSOR WITH MAGNET CLUTCH

      1. Remove the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.
      2. Using an E8 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 stud bolts and compressor with magnet clutch.
