- Connect the fuel tube sub-assembly.

- Install the fuel pipe clamp.
- Connect the fuel tube sub-assembly.
- CONNECT OUTLET HEATER WATER HOSE
- CONNECT INLET HEATER WATER HOSE
*a Retainer - - Push Push in - Connect the inlet heater water hose connector to the water by-pass hose assembly.NOTE:
Check that there is no damage or foreign matter on the connecting parts of the water lines.
1. Connect the inlet heater water hose connector to the water by-pass hose assembly as shown in the illustration.
2. Push in the retainer.
3. Check that the water by-pass hose assembly and inlet heater water hose connector are securely connected by pulling on them.
- Connect the inlet heater water hose connector to the water by-pass hose assembly.
- CONNECT NO. 1 FUEL VAPOR FEED HOSE
- CONNECT ENGINE WIRE
- CONNECT ECM CONNECTOR

- INSTALL UPPER ENGINE SIDE UNDER COVER PLATE LH
- CONNECT NO. 4 WATER BY-PASS HOSE ASSEMBLY
*a Retainer - - Push Push in - Connect the No. 4 water by-pass hose assembly connector to the water by-pass hose assembly.NOTE:
Check that there is no damage or foreign matter on the connecting parts of the water lines.
1. Align the protrusion of the water by-pass pipe assembly with the cutout in the No. 4 water by-pass hose assembly connector and securely insert the No. 4 water by-pass hose assembly connector to the stopper of the pipe.
2. Push in the retainer.
3. Check that the water by-pass pipe assembly and No. 4 water by-pass hose assembly connector are securely connected by pulling on them.
- Connect the No. 4 water by-pass hose assembly connector to the water by-pass hose assembly.
- INSTALL OIL COOLER TUBE AND OIL COOLER HOSE WITH OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY
- CONNECT NO. 3 WATER BY-PASS HOSE
- INSTALL FRONT CROSS MEMBER
- INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY
Torque: 88 N.m (897 kgf/cm, 65 ft.lbf)
- INSTALL HOOD LOCK SUPPORT BRACE SUB-ASSEMBLY
Torque: 12.5 N.m (127 kgf/cm, 9 ft.lbf)
- INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY AND NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY
- Install the air conditioning tube and accessory assembly and No. 2 air conditioning tube and accessory assembly with the bolt.
Torque: 9.8 N.m (100 kgf/cm, 87 in.lbf)
- Remove the vinyl tape from the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A and connecting part of the air conditioning tube and accessory assembly and No. 2 air conditioning tube and accessory assembly and then sufficiently apply compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A.
Compressor Oil
Refrigerant Compressor Oil HFC-134a (R134a) ND-OIL 8 or equivalent HFO-1234yf (R1234yf) ND-OIL 12 or equivalent - Install the O-ring to the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A.NOTE:
Keep the O-ring and O-ring fitting surface free of foreign matter.
- Install the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A to the air conditioning tube and accessory assembly and No. 2 air conditioning tube and accessory assembly with the bolt.
Torque: 5.4 N.m (55 kgf/cm, 48 in.lbf)
- Install the air conditioning tube and accessory assembly and No. 2 air conditioning tube and accessory assembly with the bolt.

Install in this Direction - - - Set the No. 1 engine under cover assembly to the vehicle side while attaching the 2 temporary holding guides of the No. 1 engine under cover assembly to the vehicle frame as shown in the illustration.
- Move the side of the No. 1 engine under cover assembly facing the front of the vehicle and attach the 2 temporary holding guides to the vehicle frame.
- Install the 5 bolts.
Torque: 29 N.m (296 kgf/cm, 21 ft.lbf)
