Removal [12/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. CUSTOMIZE POWER TILT AND POWER TELESCOPIC STEERING COLUMN SYSTEM 
    NOTE:

    Perform the customization settings before turning the ignition switch off. Otherwise, removal of the combination meter assembly becomes difficult.

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2
  2. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 12
  3. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 14
  4. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 16

  5. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 15
  6. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 17

  7. REMOVE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY

      1. Remove the 4 screws and detach the clip and guide.
      2. Disconnect the 2 connectors.
      3. Using a thin-bladed screwdriver, detach the clamp.

        HINT: 

        Tape the thin-bladed screwdriver tip before use.

      Remove in this Direction - -
      1. Remove the combination meter assembly as shown in the illustration.
