DTC P0745-13: Pressure Control Solenoid "A" Circuit Open [09/2015 - ]: Procedure

- CHECK HARNESS AND TRANSMISSION WIRE (TRANSMISSION WIRE (SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL1) - ECM)
- Disconnect the D2 ECM connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition D2-14 (SL1+) - D2-15 (SL1-) 20°C (68°F) 5.0 to 5.6 Ω D2-14 (SL1+) or D2-15 (SL1-) - Body ground and other terminals Always 10 kΩ or higher Result

- REPLACE ECM
- Replace the ECM.

- Replace the ECM.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (TRANSMISSION WIRE - ECM)
- Disconnect the D56 transmission wire connector.
- Disconnect the D2 ECM connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance

- Remove the shift solenoid valve SL1.

- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition Shift solenoid valve SL1 connector terminal 1 - terminal 2 20°C (68°F) 5.0 to 5.6 Ω - Connect a positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 1 and a negative (-) lead with a 21 W bulb to terminal 2 of the solenoid valve connector. Check that the valve moves and makes an operating sound.
