Disassembly [04/2013 - 10/2017]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE BACK DOOR ASSIST GRIP 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and guide, and open the cover.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and back door assist grip.

  2. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR COVER 
    1. Remove the 14 clips.

    2. Remove the luggage compartment door cover as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE COVER LH 
    1. Remove the 3 clips and luggage compartment door hinge cover LH.

  4. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE COVER RH 
    1. Remove the 3 clips and luggage compartment door hinge cover RH.

  5. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR CUSHION 
    1. Disengage the 4 claws to remove the 4 luggage compartment door cushions.

  6. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT KEY CYLINDER PROTECTOR 
    1. Remove the nut and luggage compartment key cylinder protector.

  7. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK CYLINDER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the clamp.
    3. Remove the 2 nuts.
    4. Disconnect the luggage compartment door lock assembly to remove the luggage compartment door lock cylinder assembly.

    5. Disengage the c-ring to remove the door unlock switch sub-assembly.

  8. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  9. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [04/2013 - 09/2020]

  10. REMOVE LUGGAGE ELECTRICAL KEY SWITCH 

    See step  2

  11. REMOVE REAR TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear View Monitor System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  12. REMOVE LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY (for LH Side) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  13. REMOVE LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY (for RH Side) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
