Removal [07/2020 - ]: Procedure
- REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

- REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT TO FRAME SEAL LH
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2 [07/2020 - 05/2023] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2 [05/2023 - ]
- REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT TO FRAME SEAL RH
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1 [07/2020 - 05/2023] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1 [05/2023 - ]
- REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR AIR DEFLECTOR
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3 [07/2020 - 05/2023] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3 [05/2023 - ]
- DISCONNECT NO. 2 PCV HOSE
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6
- DISCONNECT NO. 3 PCV HOSE
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7
- REMOVE AIR CLEANER HOSE ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8
- REMOVE INTAKE AIR CONNECTOR PIPE
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9 [07/2020 - 05/2023] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9 [05/2023 - ]
- REMOVE FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT
- Release the fan and generator V belt tension by turning the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly counterclockwise and remove the fan and generator V belt from the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly.
Turn in this Direction NOTE:Left-hand thread pulley set bolts are used so loosen the pulley set bolts by turning clockwise.
- Rotate the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly counterclockwise to align the holes and then insert a 5 mm hexagon wrench to secure the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly in place.
*a 5 mm Hexagon Wrench *b Hole - Remove the fan and generator V belt.
- Release the fan and generator V belt tension by turning the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly counterclockwise and remove the fan and generator V belt from the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly.
