Removal [07/2020 - 05/2023]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT TO FRAME SEAL RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  2. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT TO FRAME SEAL LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  3. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR AIR DEFLECTOR 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Apply protective tape around the front bumper assembly.

    2. Turn the pin hold clip 90° and remove the 3 pin hold clips.

      *a 90°

      Rotation Direction

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    3. Detach the claw.

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    4. Remove the front side bumper retainer LH.

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Remove in this Direction Screw
      Pin - -
      1. Fold back a part of edge of the front fender liner LH, remove the pin.
        NOTE:

        When folding back the edge of the front fender liner LH, do not pull too hard.

      2. Remove the screw.
      3. Remove the claw and front bumper side retainer LH as shown in the illustration.
    5. Remove the 8 screws.

    6. Remove the 4 bolts and 2 clips.

    7. Detach the clip and separate the radiator grill protector.

      Separate Direction

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    8. Disconnect the connector of the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly.

    9. Place your hand at the positions shown in the illustration and pull in the removal direction to detach the claw.

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Remove in this Direction
    10. Fold back a part of edge of the front fender liner LH, disconnect the connector of the front turn signal light assembly LH.

      NOTE:

      When folding back the edge of the front fender liner LH, do not pull too hard.

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    11. Detach the claw and remove the front bumper assembly as shown in the illustration.
