Disassembly [08/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT 
    1. Remove the 2 screws <C>.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the No. 2 side defroster nozzle duct.

  2. REMOVE DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 4 screws <C>.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides as shown in the illustration to remove the defroster nozzle assembly.

      Remove in this Direction
  3. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT 
    1. Remove the 4 screws <C> and No. 1 heater to register duct.

  4. REMOVE NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT 
    1. Remove the 3 screws <C> and No. 3 heater to register duct.

  5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5 [08/2021 - 09/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5 [09/2022 - ]

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT 
    1. Remove the 2 screws <C> and No. 2 heater to register duct.

  7. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4 [08/2021 - 09/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4 [09/2022 - ]

  8. REMOVE NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5 [08/2021 - 09/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5 [09/2022 - ]

  9. REMOVE NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE 
    1. Disengage the 3 clamps to remove the No. 3 instrument panel wire.

  10. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL PIN 
    1. Remove the 2 screws <C> and 2 No. 1 instrument panel pins.

  11. REMOVE NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH 
    1. Disengage the 3 claws and 3 guides to remove the No. 1 defroster nozzle garnish.

  12. REMOVE NO. 2 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH 
    1. Disengage the 3 claws and 3 guides to remove the No. 2 defroster nozzle garnish.

  13. REMOVE NO. 5 INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD RETAINER 
    1. Remove the screw <C>.

    2. Disengage the guide to remove the No. 5 instrument panel safety pad retainer.
  14. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL END (w/ Headup Display) 
    1. Disengage the 5 claws and 2 guides to remove the instrument cluster finish panel end.
