Removal [10/2018 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6 [10/2018 - 07/2022] Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5 [07/2022 - ]

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9 [10/2018 - 07/2022] Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [07/2022 - ]

  3. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 28 [10/2018 - 10/2020] Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 28 [10/2020 - 07/2022] Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 26 [07/2022 - ]

  4. REMOVE REAR UNDER SIDE COVER LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 30 [10/2018 - 10/2020] Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 30 [10/2020 - 07/2022] Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 28 [07/2022 - ]

  5. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE REAR UNDER SIDE COVER RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  7. REMOVE REAR UNDER COVER

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    See step  15 See step  15

  9. REMOVE BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the battery cooling blower assembly connector.

    2. Disengage the 2 clamps.
    3. Remove the 3 bolts.

    4. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the battery cooling blower assembly.
      NOTE:
      • Be sure not to touch the fan part of the battery cooling blower assembly.
      • Do not lift the battery cooling blower assembly using the wire harness.
