Removal [07/2022 - ]: Procedure

Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

1. Remove the rear seat headrest assembly.

1. Remove the rear seat headrest assembly.

1. Remove the rear seat center headrest assembly.

1. Lift the front edge of the bench type rear seat cushion assembly as shown in the illustration and disengage the rear seat cushion frame hooks on the front side of the bench type rear seat cushion assembly from the rear seat cushion lock hooks.
   NOTE:

   Be sure to hold the parts of the seat cushion assembly directly next to the rear seat cushion frame hooks when lifting it. Lifting a different part of the cushion may deform the rear seat cushion frame.

   	Remove in this Direction (1)
   	Remove in this Direction (2)

   Standard Measurement

   Area	Measurement
   A	124 mm (4.882 in.)

2. Disengage the rear seat cushion frame hook on the rear side of the bench type rear seat cushion assembly as shown in the illustration.
3. Remove the nut to disconnect the rear center seat outer belt assembly.

4. Pull out the rear center seat outer belt assembly from the bench type rear seat cushion assembly.
5. Remove the bench type rear seat cushion assembly.
   NOTE:

   Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

1. Fold the rear seatback assembly RH forward.
2. Remove the clips.

3. Disengage the hook and loop fasteners.

4. Remove the 2 bolts.

5. Disengage the guides to remove the rear seatback assembly RH.
   NOTE:

   Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

1. Fold the rear seatback assembly LH forward.
2. Remove the clips.

3. Disengage the hook and loop fasteners.

4. Remove the 2 bolts.

5. Disengage the guides to remove the rear seatback assembly LH.
   NOTE:

   Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

1. Disengage the claws to remove the rear seat cushion lock hook as shown in the illustration.

   Remove in this Direction

   HINT: 

   Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
