Removal [10/2017 - 10/2020]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  3. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 14 [10/2017 - 09/2018] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 14 [09/2018 - 10/2020]

  4. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 21 [10/2017 - 09/2018] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 21 [09/2018 - 10/2020]

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 16 [10/2017 - 09/2018] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 16 [09/2018 - 10/2020]

  6. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD INSERT SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 20 [10/2017 - 09/2018] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 20 [09/2018 - 10/2020]

  7. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 23 [10/2017 - 09/2018] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 23 [09/2018 - 10/2020]

  8. REMOVE MULTI-DISPLAY ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts.

    2. Hold area 1 shown in the illustration and move it toward the rear of the vehicle to detach the clip.

      Place Hands Here Remove in this Direction
      NOTE:

      If excessive force is applied to the multi-display assembly, it may become damaged

      HINT: 

      The top area of the instrument panel (a) can be easily detached by lifting it up slightly from the bottom as shown in the illustration.

    3. While pulling towards the rear of the vehicle, detach the clip in the order shown in the illustration.

      Remove in this Direction - -
      NOTE:

      If excessive force is applied to the multi-display assembly, it may become damaged.

    4. Incline the multi-display assembly as shown in the illustration and remove it

      Remove in this Direction - -
      NOTE:

      If excessive force is applied to the multi-display it may become damaged.

    5. Detach the 2 clamps, disconnect each connector and remove the multi-display assembly.
