Removal [10/2017 - 10/2022]: Procedure

PRECAUTION
NOTE:
- After the power switch is turned off, the radio receiver assembly records various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the power switch off, be sure to wait for the time specified in the following table before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
  Refer to PRECAUTION [10/2017 - 09/2019] , or refer to PRECAUTION [09/2019 - 10/2020] , or refer to PRECAUTION [10/2020 - 11/2021] , or refer to PRECAUTION [11/2021 - 10/2023]
- After replacing the radio receiver assembly, if the "New software is not compatible with the system. Contact your dealer." on-screen message is displayed on the multi-display, update the software of the navigation ECU.

REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY
Refer to REMOVAL [10/2017 - 10/2020] , or refer to REMOVAL [10/2020 - 10/2022]

REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL LH

Insert moulding remover B as shown in the illustration and push in the direction indicated by the arrow to slightly pull the bottom part of the instrument side panel LH away from the vehicle.

Remove in this Direction

Place your hand at the position shown in the illustration, detach the clip in the removal order and remove the instrument side panel LH.

REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH

Insert moulding remover B as shown in the illustration and push in the direction indicated by the arrow to slightly pull the bottom part of the instrument side panel RH away from the vehicle.

Remove in this Direction

Place your hand at the position shown in the illustration, detach the clip in the removal order and remove the instrument side panel RH.
