- DRAIN COOLANT (for Intercooler)

- REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

- REMOVE RADIATOR COVER PLATE

- REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL

- REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR AIR DEFLECTOR

- REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT TO CROSSMEMBER BRACE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

- REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT TO CROSSMEMBER BRACE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

- REMOVE AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY LH

- REMOVE INTERCOOLER RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 31
- DISCONNECT INTERCOOLER COOLING WATER INLET HOSE
- Slide the clip and disconnect the intercooler cooling water inlet hose from the electric water pump assembly.NOTE:
- Put pieces of cloth into the pipes and disconnected hoses or cover the pipes and hoses with plastic bags to prevent foreign matter from entering the electric water pump assembly and cooling system.
- Do not apply excessive force to the intercooler cooling water inlet hose.
*A for 2WD *B for AWD
- Slide the clip and disconnect the intercooler cooling water inlet hose from the electric water pump assembly.
- REMOVE WATER PUMP BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY
- REMOVE ELECTRIC WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY
