- REMOVE FRONT BUMPER LOWER COVER

- REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8
- REMOVE TRANSMISSION UNDER COVER
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9
- REMOVE REAR ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10
- REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL LH
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11
- DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5
- REMOVE RADIATOR RESERVOIR ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9
- REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10
- REMOVE FAN SHROUD
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11
- DISCONNECT DISCHARGE HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY
- Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the discharge hose sub-assembly from the cooler compressor assembly.

- Remove the O-ring from the discharge hose sub-assembly.
NOTE:
Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering them.
- DISCONNECT SUCTION HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY
- Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the suction hose sub-assembly from the cooler compressor assembly.

- Remove the O-ring from the suction hose sub-assembly.
NOTE:
Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering them.
- REMOVE COOLER COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY
- Disconnect the connector.

Remove the 3 bolts, nut and cooler compressor assembly.
- Remove the stud bolt.
