Removal [09/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE FRONT CENTER FLOOR COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 12

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 13

  3. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7

  4. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  6. REMOVE FRONT LOWER SUSPENSION MEMBER PROTECTOR 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 17

  7. REMOVE FRONT STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Remove the 2 nuts and front stabilizer link.

      HINT: 

      If the ball joint turns together with the nut, use a 6 mm hexagon wrench to hold the stud bolt.

  8. REMOVE FRONT STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Remove the RH side following the same procedures as the LH side.

  9. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 STABILIZER BRACKET LH 
    1. Remove the bolt and wire harness bracket.
    2. Remove the 2 bolts and front No. 1 stabilizer bracket LH from the front frame assembly.

  10. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 STABILIZER BRACKET RH 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and the front No. 1 stabilizer bracket RH from the front frame assembly.

  11. REMOVE FRONT STABILIZER BAR 
    1. Remove the front stabilizer bar from the vehicle.
  12. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 STABILIZER BAR BUSH 
    1. Remove the 2 front No. 1 stabilizer bar bushes from the front stabilizer bar.
