Removal [09/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. PRECAUTION 
    WARNING:

    After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work (Refer to PRECAUTION [09/2015 - ] ).

  2. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  3. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
    NOTE:

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (Refer to INITIALIZATION [09/2015 - ] ).

  4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  6. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUBASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  7. REMOVE NO. 3 BOX PANEL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  8. REMOVE UPPER REAR CONSOLE PANEL SUBASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  9. REMOVE UPPER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  10. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUBASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7

  11. REMOVE LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9

  12. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8

  13. REMOVE MULTI-MEDIA MODULE RECEIVER ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 13

  14. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 17

  15. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUBASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 22

  16. REMOVE ACCESSORY METER ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the 4 bolts.
    2. Move the accessory meter assembly in the direction of the arrow in the illustration.

    3. Disconnect all the connectors and detach the clamp.
    4. Remove the accessory meter assembly.
  17. REMOVE NO. 1 COMBINATION METER BRACKET

    1. Remove the 2 bolts and No. 1 combination meter bracket.
