Installation [09/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL NO. 2 TELEPHONE BRACKET 
    1. Install the No. 2 telephone bracket with the bolt.
  2. INSTALL NO. 1 TELEPHONE BRACKET 
    1. Install the No. 1 telephone bracket with the bolt.
  3. INSTALL DCM (TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER) 
    1. Connect each connector.
    2. Install the DCM (telematics transceiver) with the bolt and nut.
  4. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 15

  5. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  6. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  7. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUBASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 18

  8. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 21

  9. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 12

  10. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
    NOTE:

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (Refer to INITIALIZATION [09/2015 - ] ).

  11. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 17

  12. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT 

    (Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [09/2015 - ] )

  13. DCM ACTIVATION 
    1. When replacing the multi-media module receiver assembly or DCM (telematics transceiver), perform the vehicle contract setting (Refer to DCM ACTIVATION [09/2015 - ] ).
