Removal [04/2013 - 09/2020]: Procedure

  1. PRECAUTION 
    NOTE:

    After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal notices before proceeding with work.

    Refer to PRECAUTION [04/2013 - 08/2015] , or refer to PRECAUTION [08/2015 - 10/2016] , or refer to PRECAUTION [10/2016 - 10/2017] , or refer to PRECAUTION [10/2017 - 09/2020]

  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
    NOTE:

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

    Refer to INITIALIZATION [04/2013 - 06/2014] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [06/2014 - 08/2015] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2015 - 10/2016] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [10/2016 - 10/2017] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [10/2017 - 09/2020]

  3. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1 [04/2013 - 10/2016] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1 [10/2016 - 09/2020]

  4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2 [04/2013 - 10/2016] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2 [10/2016 - 09/2020]

  5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3 [04/2013 - 10/2016] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3 [10/2016 - 09/2020]

  6. REMOVE FRONT PANEL GARNISH LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4 [04/2013 - 10/2016] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4 [10/2016 - 09/2020]

  7. REMOVE FRONT PANEL GARNISH RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5 [04/2013 - 10/2016] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5 [10/2016 - 09/2020]

  8. REMOVE CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [04/2013 - 10/2016] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [10/2016 - 09/2020]

  9. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET 
    1. Remove the 4 bolts.

    2. Pull the radio receiver assembly with bracket toward the rear of the vehicle and disengage the 4 clips.
    3. Disconnect each connector and remove the radio receiver assembly with bracket.
  10. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET 
    1. Remove the 3 screws and No. 1 radio bracket.

  11. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET 
    1. Remove the 3 screws and No. 2 radio bracket.
