Air Cooled Oil Cooler: Removal

  1. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER 
  2. DRAIN AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID  (See REMOVAL  )
  3. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL  (See REMOVAL )
  4. SEPARATE HIGH PITCHED HORN  (See REMOVAL )
  5. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR  (See REMOVAL )
  6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY  (See REMOVAL )
  7. REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the 2 oil cooler hoses from the oil cooler assembly.
    2. Remove the 3 bolts and oil cooler assembly from the oil cooler bracket
