Cooling (2GR-FSE): Radiator: Installation
- INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY
- Install the 2 radiator support cushions and 2 radiator lower supports to the radiator.
- Install the fan shroud to the radiator, and attach the 3 claws.
- Align the radiator with the condenser. Then install the radiator with the 4 bolts.
Torque: 5.0 N*m (51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf)
- Attach the 3 wire harness claws to the fan shroud, and then connect the connector to the cooling fan ECU.
- INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL ENGINE ROOM ECU OUTLET DUCT
- CONNECT NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE
- CONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE
- INSTALL RADIATOR RESERVOIR ASSEMBLY
- Install the grommet to the fan shroud.
- Install the reservoir with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 5.0 N*m (51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf)
- Connect the reservoir hose to the water inlet.
- INSTALL HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE COVER (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System) (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY
- Install the air cleaner case with the 3 bolts.
Torque: 5.0 N*m (51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf)
- Install the air cleaner element.
- Install the air cleaner cap (see INSTALLATION ).
- Install the air cleaner case with the 3 bolts.
- INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET (See INSTALLATION )
- CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
- ADD ENGINE COOLANT (See REPLACEMENT )
- INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (See COOLING SYSTEM )
- ADJUST MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY (See ADJUSTMENT )
- INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL (See INSTALLATION )
- INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER (for 2WD)
- INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER (for 4WD)
- PERFORM INITIALIZATION
- Perform initialization (see
