Intake Manifold - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Diesel - Mid, Low Power (G1817143): Installation

NOTE:
Steps 1, 2 and 3 are only required if the components were previously removed.
- Install the Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor.
Torque : 5 Nm
- Install the wiring harness brackets.
Torque : 7 Nm
- Install the throttle body assembly. Install a new seal.
Renew Part: Throttle body to intake manifold seal Quantity: 1 .
Torque : 12 Nm
- CAUTION: Bolts must be tightened in the sequence illustrated.
Install the intake manifold assembly. Install new seals.
Renew Part: Intake manifold seals Quantity: 8 .
Torque : 12 Nm
- Install the front intake manifold support bracket.
Torque : 12 Nm
- Install the rear intake manifold support bracket.
Torque : 12 Nm
- Secure the intake manifold air intake hose.
- Connect and secure the glow plug wiring harness.
- Secure the coolant hose.
Torque : 7 Nm
- Install the fuel supply pipe brackets.
Torque : 7 Nm
- Connect the Emergency Park Release (EPR) cable.
Torque : 7 Nm

NOTE: If equipped.
Install the high pressure fuel rail shield.
Torque : 10 Nm
- Install the Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve.
- Install the left side secondary bulkhead panel.

- Connect the startup battery ground cable.
Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
- Bleed the fuel system.
Refer to: HIGH-PRESSURE FUEL SYSTEM BLEEDING
- Install the engine cover.
