Disassembly And Assembly: Disassembly

  1. Remove the front fascia. Refer to FASCIA, FRONT, REMOVAL  .
  2. Remove the fog lamps and trim. Refer to FRONT FOG LAMP, REMOVAL .
  3. Remove the turn signal lamp. Refer to LAMP, PARK AND TURN SIGNAL, REMOVAL .
  4. Remove the fascia closeout covers .
  5. Remove the grille. Refer to GRILLE, REMOVAL .
  6. Remove the grille reinforcement bracket.

  7. Remove the tow hook cap (1a) releasing its retainers (1b).

  8. Release and remove the top grille trim (1a) on the fascia by releasing the retaining clips (1b).

  9. Release and remove the front grille trim (1a) on the fascia by releasing the retaining clips (1b) and separate the front casing (1c) from the top grille.

  10. Operating on both sides, remove the screws (1a) and release the retainers (1b) from the front fascia (1c).

  11. Remove the screws (1a) and release the retainers (1b) from the front fascia (1c).

  12. Working on both sides, remove the screws (1a) and remove the bottom grille (1b).

  13. Remove the screws (1a) and release the fascia logo (1c) from the clip (1b).

  14. Working on the inside of the fascia, release and remove the air vent (1) from the retainer clips.
  15. Remove the parking sensors if necessary.
