Motor, Blower: Installation

  1. Position the blower motor into the passenger side of the HVAC housing.
  2. Install and securely tighten the three screws (1) that secure the blower motor to the HVAC housing.
  3. Install the blower motor power module

    Refer to MODULE, POWER, BLOWER MOTOR, INSTALLATION .

  4. Install the center console close out.
  5. Install the passenger side silencer panel. Refer to PANEL, SILENCER, LOWER, INSTALLATION .
  6. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector to the negative battery cable.
