Insulator, Engine Mount, Left: Installation

  1. Position the mount (4) between the engine block (6) and the frame rail (1). Make sure the mount is flush to the frame rail.

  2. Tighten the left mount to strut tower bolt (2) finger tight.

  3. Install the left mount to frame rail bolts (3) finger tight.
  4. Install the left mount to transmission bracket bolts (5) finger tight.
  5. Tighten the left mount to strut tower bolt to the proper specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  6. Tighten the left mount to frame rail bolts to the proper specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  7. Tighten the left mount to transmission bracket bolts (5) to the proper specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  8. Remove the jack.
  9. Place the wire harness loom back into the proper position.
  10. Install the battery tray. Refer to TRAY, BATTERY, INSTALLATION .
  11. Install the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, INSTALLATION .
  12. Install the engine cover assembly.
