Test TC-141E - Governor Pressure Not Equal To Target @ 15-20 Psi

CAUTION: Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting or connecting any module connector.
NOTE: Perform TEST TC-141A  before proceeding. For connector terminal identification, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION . For appropriate wiring diagram, see WIRING DIAGRAMS . Perform VERIFICATION TEST VER-1A  after each repair.
  1. Turn ignition off. Disconnect Powertrain Control Module (PCM) connectors. Inspect connectors and terminals for damage. Repair connectors and terminals as necessary. If connectors and terminals are okay, go to next step.
  2. Using an external ohmmeter, measure resistance between terminal No. 29 on PCM White connector and terminal No. 4 on transmission solenoid connector. If resistance is 10 ohms or more, repair open governor pressure sensor circuit. If resistance is less than 10 ohms, replace PCM.
